Too Wee, or Not Too Wee

Too Wee or Not Too Wee Posted by Hello

Our precious boy visited the dr today, and weighed in at just an ounce shy of 16 pounds. I didn't realize just how heavy that is until I had to hold his dead weight for an hour and a half at the Sprint store. I did a little reasearch on what it means to be 16 pounds, and am left to question whether 'Wee' is still an accurate description of our boy, Z. Please feel free to weigh in on this issue.

1. The largest brown trout on Minnesota record was 16 pounds.

2. 16 pounds of bulk Whoppers costs about 65 dollars.

3. A "strawberry doughball" will catch you a 16 pound catfish.

4. 16 pounds of Kobe steak would cost about 850 dollars.

5. It takes about 56,000 calories (and 2 boobs, in this case) to make 16 pounds of human flesh.

6. 16 pounds of saffron costs about 9,300 dollars.

7. It's the average amount of weight lost over 2 years on the latest diet pill, Acomplia.

8. A bowling ball with a football encased weighs the same.

9. Transporting 16 pounds of heroin over international borders could get you 40 years in the pokey.

10. A 16 pound Thanksgiving turkey would take about 4 days to defrost in the fridge. Thanks to Jesse, we now know that it takes about 3 dozen fireworksto destroy it.
