Z pits Mama against Dada
Z's development progresses by leaps and bounds each day. Not only is he comfortably consuming 2 grain cereals now, but he can jam not just one, but TWO hands in his mouth at once. I thought he would be a lefty, but now I am wondering if he will be ambidextrous. Mad skills, that boy has.

Ambidextrous

He is also mastering the art of vowel consonant combinations in repetition. OK, he's just been babbling around the house. Last week, he practiced "mama". (He called my name first, he called my name first!!!!!) Jesse swears it never happened, and has latched on to the belief that his first words were "dada" - this weeks favorite word.
Guess what, Jesse: I have witnesses.

Mama's boy

Oh yeah - he has also been honing in on noise making apparatuses. So in love is he with the sound of his own accomplishment, he likes to bang two at once. Seen here is Zachary, worn down to a nap, after several long minutes of wild rattling.

Double Fisted

Congratulations on the fact that your child loves you more! Chris swears he hears Aden say "Ma Ma" when he is crying, but when it really comes down to the first words I'm sure Chris will only hear "Da Da" too.

Forget DaDa....it was clearly Mama followed by a distinct "Bubb" - okay he's dropping his "ie's" but both vocalizations passed the Two Witness Rule - So there.
